Frozen Cape (Wii Koopa Cape Texture)

Overview

Frozen Cape is a Texture Hack over Koopa Cape created by CatMatthew. This texture hack is supposed to look like a winter theme of Koopa Cape. This track also uses textures from the Mario Kart Wii custom track Seaside Resort and DK Pass from Mario Kart DS.
